LakeView Realty Enterprises, Inc. has been under current ownership since 2007. Previous owner operated the office from 1990. We have 19 agents, most of which have been in the industry for many years and are dedicated to the real estate industry. We have two office locations - one in Crestline and one in Lake Arrowhead with prime locations. We belong to 3 MLS's - Rim of the World Association of Realtors, CRMLS Association of Realtors, and High Desert Association of Realtors.
The owner of our office is Derek Leistra. He has been a California Association of Realtor director for 8 years and regularly attends CAR meetings in Sacramento. Upon his return he shares valuable information with his agents to keep them informed of current events, legal matters, and up to date real estate information. He was the local President of Rim of the World Association in 2015 and Realtor of the Year in 2016.
